KBS has appointed Brent Carroll and Giovanni Cordoves to the role of co-directors of asset management.
As co-directors of asset management, they will be responsible for the overall strategic asset management and leasing direction of KBS assets. Their additional responsibilities include portfolio-wide guidance related to third-party consultants, property tax consulting, and property-level legal and construction management experts.
