KanAm Grund clears key hurdle for first redevelopment project in City of London

Frankfurt-based KanAm Grund Group has secured a resolution to grant planning consent from the City of London for Princes Court, its first redevelopment project in London. The original 1960s building is located at 7 Princes St. in the heart of the City’s financial district. Located directly opposite the Bank of England, and next to the luxury hotel The Ned and Grocer's Hall, the office building was acquired by KanAm Grund in early 2019.
