JVM Realty Corp. has acquired Satori Flats, a newly constructed apartment community located in the Indianapolis suburb of Avon. The class A residential community was built in 2019 and features 269 luxury apartments. The financial terms and the seller were not disclosed.

Satori Flats will be managed by JVM Management Inc. and is the third JVM Realty Corp. owned and managed property in the area. The company’s total portfolio consists of 18 communities in four states totaling 4,909 units.
