A venture of Oxford Properties Group and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board has secured $973 million of construction financing for the redevelopment of the 1.3 million-square-foot St. John’s Terminal in Manhattan, reported Commercial Observer.
Once completed, the property at 550 Washington St. will be part of Google’s Hudson Square Campus.
