A joint venture formed by Apollo-Rida Poland has completed the acquisition of the buildings A, B and C of the Equal Business Park complex in Kraków developed by Cavatina Holding. According to JLL Poland, this transaction is already in the top 10 of the biggest office investment deals ever concluded in the regional markets in Poland.
