Jon Woloshin has been appointed to the Real Assets Adviser editorial advisory board.
Woloshin is head real estate and lodging analyst, Americas, with UBS Global Wealth Management's Chief Investment Office.
He has 40 years of industry experience as a securities analyst, having covered virtually every equity sector over the course of his career. His experience extends beyond traditional equity research to include analysis of fixed income, convertibles, options and derivatives. In addition, Woloshin is experienced in capital structure arbitrage and short selling. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds FINRA series 7, 24, 66, 86 and 87 licenses. Woloshin is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York.
