A joint venture between Brennan Investment Group and Global Gate Capital has acquired Greenpoint Industrial Park - Buildings 1-3, a portfolio of newly built industrial assets totaling 522,410 square feet in the Northwest Atlanta community of Dalton, Ga.
JLL Capital Markets represented the developer and seller Dossche Holdings.
Completed in 2022, the buildings were 100 percent preleased to The Recreational Group during construction. The tenant designs, manufactures and installs premium recreational surfacing products, including synthetic turf and composite modular tile. The three-property portfolio on Duckworth Road makes up the first phase of the master-planned Greenpoint Industrial Park. The second phase will add an additional 1.2 million square feet to the park.
The location of Greenpoint Industrial Park puts tenants three miles from Interstate 75, the main north-south transportation artery for the region, providing access to Atlanta and the Midwest. Additiona
