Jodeco to develop $400m mixed-use project near Atlanta

Jodeco 158 has plans to develop Bridges at Jodeco, a $400 million mixed-use project near Interstate 75 in Stockbridge, a southeastern suburb of Atlanta.

It will be built on the largest tract of undeveloped land adjacent to I-75 in Henry County, located south of Atlanta.

Initial plans for the 158-acre development includes space for 300 high-end apartments, 90 single-family attached townhomes and 176 single-family detached homes, which may also include senior living units.

More than 65 acres are set aside for retail, dining, and entertainment. And the project will have 20 acres of green space, which include paths, trails, water aesthetics and mini parks.

Phase 1 construction of the residential buildings will begin in the fall of 2019 and are scheduled to be complete by fall of 2020.
