Hotel supply growth post-COVID has varied worldwide. While the global average grew with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4 percent annually from 2019 to 2024, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region maintained strong momentum at 3 percent during. This performance outpaced the Americas (1 percent), matched Europe (3 percent), and trailed only Asia-Pacific (8 percent).
