Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.’s property management business in China is pursuing a potential divestment, seeking more than $500 million in a sale, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.
Prospective suitors include Country Garden Services Holdings Co., China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Ltd. and Sunac Services Holdings Ltd.
JLL generated $3.1 billion in revenue from providing real estate services in Asia Pacific, of which 32 percent came from the Greater China region.
