Tim Graham has moved to JLL Asia Pacific as the new senior director of international capital. Based in Singapore, he will focus on managing cross-border investors in the region.
Graham will leverage his network and experience in London to connect outbound capital between Europe and Asia Pacific. Responsible for building relationships with major global investors, he will also be working closely with the firm’s funds advisory, debt and major transactions teams across the region.
Graham started his career at JLL in 2001, where he worked in the city of London’s investment team. He subsequently worked at LaSalle Investment Management before returning to JLL in 2006.
He received first class honors degree in land management from the University of Reading, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
According to JLL’s latest Global Capital Flows report, Asia Pacific received a record-breaking real estate investment of US$52 billion in the last quarter of 2017. Globally, London was the most traded city, while mainland China was the largest outbound investor.
“As we continue to see a growing demand for cross-border investment, we have been expanding our team to provide a broader range of services to clients, including strategic advice on debt and corporate finance, bringing together investment banking skills with commercial property expertise,” said Stuart Crow, head of Asia Pacific capital markets.
