Brad Petersen has been hired as senior vice president, investor relations and capital raising, at Jamestown. Peterson stepped into the new role this month, according to his LinkedIn page.
Peterson formerly held the title of director, investor relations and fundraising, at both Garrison Investment Group and Aetos Capital Real Estate prior to that.
In his new role, Peterson will lead capital-raising efforts and support ongoing investor relations for Jamestown’s timber and commercial real estate platform, which includes office, mixed-use, retail and multifamily assets.
Jamestown operates six investment vehicles: the Premier Property Fund, German Retail Funds, Jamestown Invest, Jamestown Latin America, Jamestown Europe and Timberland Funds, according to the firm’s website.
