James Hooke to retire as CEO of Macquarie Infrastructure Corp.

James Hooke will retire as CEO of Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. in early 2018. He took on the role beginning in May 2009 and has been based at MIC’s headquarters in New York City. Upon stepping down, he will join MIC’s board of directors and be based from Sydney. Christopher Frist, currently the chief commercial officer of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, is expected to become MIC’s new CEO and will assume the roles of president and COO by the end of October.
