New York–based Jaguar Growth Partners is on track to launch their pan-Asia opportunistic fund in early August, according to IREI’s Fundtracker database.
The fund will focus on operating platforms and properties across traditional and alternative real estate sectors.
It is looking to raise $400 million to invest in healthcare, industrial, logistics, multifamily, retail, self-storage, senior housing and warehouses across China, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
The minimum investment amount is $10 million.
Jaguar is a privately held investment management firm that specializes in real estate private equity in growth markets globally, according to their website.
The firm seeks to provide investment and asset management through commingled, discretionary institutional funds supported by fully dedicated and experienced investment professionals, according to Jaguar.
