J.P. Morgan Asset Management has appointment J.D. Sitton managing director, head of client strategy for J.P. Morgan Global Alternative’s Real Estate Americas platform. Based in New York and reporting to Kevin Faxon, head of real estate Americas, Sitton leads the team responsible for advising clients on U.S. real estate investment opportunities and building client partnerships.
“J.D. is a J.P. Morgan veteran and an accomplished real estate client professional with 25-plus years of experience advising clients on how to best utilize real estate to help achieve their portfolio objectives,” said Faxon. “His deep knowledge of real estate investing and thoughtful understanding of client needs, goals and motivations further enhances our client strategy team and client experience.”
