Alerion Clean Power has paid €90 million ($98.5 million) for three wind farms in southern Italy, according to the Italian utility.

Basilicata and Sardinia, and have an installed capacity of 120 megawatts. The assets are partially owned by Fri-el Green Power Group, a partner of Alerion.
Alerion has 564 megawatts of installed power across 17 installations, according to the company’s website.
The deal is expected to close in first quarter 2020.
