Alternative Capital Partners SGR (ACP SGR), an asset management company supervised by the Bank of Italy and CONSOB, has launched a thematic multi-strategy real estate alternative investment fund that will support ESG rehabilitation efforts.
The investment vehicle, known as the Infrastructure Real Estate Recovery Fund (IRERF) will invest primarily in office space, tourist accommodation and residential-use properties in Italy and Europe, including those with value-add potential.
According to ACP SGR, the fund will aim to provide urban regeneration and social infrastructure transformation through innovative and mixed formats such as smart/co-working, student housing, hostelling and co-living/shared housing.
The investment strategy is mainly income driven and ESG compliant.
