Italian pension fund sells six assets in Lombardy, Italy

Fondo Pensioni Per Il Personale Cariplo, a corporate pension based in Milan, has sold a portfolio of six properties located in Lombardy, a region in Northern Italy, near Milan, to Kervis Sgr Spa.

The buildings are intended for mixed use (residential, office, retail) and total 54,000 square meters (581,000 square feet).

Three assets are located in Milan: in via Venezia Giulia 5A (offices), in via Frua 21/10 (residential, offices) and in corso San Gottardo 1 (residential, offices, retail). Another property is located in Pioltello in via Macchiavelli 5 (offices), one in Legnano in via Podgora 21 (offices), and one in Lecco in via Amendola 4/6 (offices and retail).
