IPI Partners has completed the final closing of its value-added data center fund, IPI Partners II, at $3.8 billion.
Backed by a global institutional investor base, IPI’s second fund surpassed its $1.5 billion fundraising target, bringing the total amount IPI has raised to more than $5.25 billion in total equity capital commitments since its inception.
Recent investors in the fund include the Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island, the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, the New Mexico State Investment Council, the Louisiana Teachers' Retirement System and the Baltimore Fire and Police Employees’ Retirement System.
