Investcorp has completed its third U.K. Industrial and Logistics Programme (UKIL III), with its £16 million ($20 million) acquisition of a fulfillment center in Leeds, the firm announced Wednesday.
UKIL III comprises 1 million square feet of industrial and logistics assets across 10 single-let industrial properties. The assets, which are located in St Helens, Livingston, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, were purchased across six separate transactions for an aggregate of £80 million ($103 million).
