Invesco and Trammell Crow Residential have started the construction of Alexan Gallerie, a 284-unit luxury multifamily project in San Diego’s Mission Valley, according to media outlets.
The new property is also set to include 8,000 square feet of office space and more than 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
Completion is scheduled for second quarter 2021.
