Amstar and Searles Property Group have paid $80.8 million for Westlake Park Place, a five-building office campus in Westlake Village, Calif.
The seller was Invesco Real Estate.
The 239,003-square-foot property sits on 13 acres. It was completed in 2008 and is approximately 85 percent leased.
