Invesco Advisors has purchased eight apartment buildings in Oakland, Calif., reported local media outlets.
The properties, totaling 255 units, are primarily in or near downtown Oakland, the vibrant Uptown district, the Pill Hill section, and Lake Merritt area of the city.
The Mercury News, sourcing Alameda County property records, said the complexes include 61 units located at 1425 Harrison St.; 44 units located at 265 Vernon Ave.; 30 units at 406 Van Buren Ave.; 34 units located at 444 28th St.; 30 units located at 450 28th St.; 24 units located at 454 34th St.; and 18 units at 351 Lester Ave.
