Interra Capital Group has acquired Remington Square, a three-building, class A office complex totaling 392,357 square feet in Houston.

Remington Square is located along Beltway 8 at 10603, 10613 and 10713 W. Sam Houston Parkway in northwest Houston. Equidistant between U.S. Highways 249 and 290, the portfolio has access throughout the Greater Houston metropolitan area, including The Woodlands, downtown Houston, the George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Houston’s Energy Corridor.
