International Farming Corp. has planned a final close for its U.S. Farming Realty Trust II on May 31, 2013. The fund launched in January 2012 with a $350 million fundraising target.
The core-plus/value-added/opportunistic vehicle will invest directly in farmland across the United States, including row crops, pasture land, dairy farms and permanent crops. It also intends to consider domestic and international acquisitions.
International Farming Corp. is an alternative investment firm that offers opportunities to invest in the agriculture sector.
