International Campus Group has broken ground on the HAVENS LIVING conversion project dubbed “The OSA” in a prime Berlin location.
The project involves the conversion of a former office building in Berlin-Charlottenburg for the HAVENS LIVING urban living concept, which includes 265 fully equipped apartments, 530 bicycle parking spaces and extensive common areas with coworking spaces, a gym, a café and more. The apartment building will later be supplied with district heating.
This will be International Campus’ third property in the German capital and its third property of the HAVENS LIVING residential offering operating under The OSA.
The project is targeting a LEED Platinum certification and construction is expected to end in May 2025.
