Internap Holding (INAP), a colocation, cloud and network services provider, has sold its data center facilities in Houston to an affiliate of the building’s current owner, subsidiary of Netrality Properties.
INAP will continue to provide network services in the building through a reseller agreement with Netrality Data Centers, which will provide on-premise colocation services.
“The sale makes good sense for us right now, as we streamline our portfolio to position ourselves for organic growth,” said Mike Sicoli, president and CEO of INAP, in a June 2 press release.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Netrality, which owns and operates strategic interconnected data centers and meet-me rooms, has more than 3 million square feet and 100 megawatts of capacity across six strategic data centers in five markets.
