Integris Ventures has purchased the Earhart Corporate Center, a 198,624-square-foot, class A corporate headquarters office building in Ann Arbor, Mich., from a public REIT. The office building, located on a 20-acre site at 2211 Old Earhart Road, offers access to the University of Michigan, U.S. Route 23, state Route 14 and Interstate 94. JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of the property.
“The Ann Arbor office market is one of the strongest markets in the entire Midwest, as it combines the draw of the University of Michigan with high barriers to entry. Combined with the high-profile tenant roster at the property, we received considerable investor interest on this property,” said Peter Harwood, JLL managing director.
