Insignia has plans to develop a $116 million mixed-use project on the site of a former shopping center in the Atlanta suburb of Doraville, Ga., reported Atlanta Business Chronicle.
The project will include rental housing units; a 97-room Hilton brand hotel; a 22,000-square-foot food hall; and 73,000 square feet of retail and office space.
The 13-acre site is the largest redevelopment opportunity on Buford Highway in Doraville. The property has been vacant since 2009.
