Inland Private Capital Corp. is nearing its fundraising target for its National Multifamily Portfolio IV DST private placement offering. In a Form D recently filed with the SEC, it was reported that the fund has raised more than $128 million to date, approximately $10 million shy of its target of $138 million.
National Multifamily Portfolio IV will own a portfolio of four multifamily properties: 640-unit 150 Summit Apartments in Birmingham, Ala.; 194-unit Avilla Grace in Chandler, Ariz.; 419-unit Silver Reef Apartments in Lakewood, Colo.; and 192-unit Laurel Oaks in Tampa, Fla.
