InfraRed Capital Partners has launched a structured core-plus digital infrastructure vehicle with Pantheon to invest in existing resilient, income-generating digital infrastructure assets that require capital for growth and operational enhancement.
InfraRed said the portfolio is structured to combine stability with upside potential, positioning investors to benefit from essential digital platforms while funding expansion to meet surging demand.
The vehicle will consist of investments in the data center and telecommunications tower sectors, with the assets exhibiting stable, predictable revenue streams alongside strong growth potential.
