Houston-based Americana Partners, an independent wealth management firm with more than $9 billion in assets under management (AUM), has announced the addition of four industry professionals from Morgan Stanley's Houston office. Formerly known as The AHM Group at Morgan Stanley, the team — Palmer Moldawer, Will Carsey, Will Gutkowski and Kayla Sickman — bring more than $1.5 billion in AUM to Americana Partners.
Moldawer, Carsey, Gutkowski and Sickman will be based in Americana’s Houston office. Moldawer, who brings more than 35 years of experience in wealth management, will serve as managing director/private wealth adviser, working with executives, families, foundations and endowments. Gutkowski joins as senior vice president/private wealth adviser, with a special focus on corporate retirement plans.
