by Kali Persall

The Indonesian government is offering up toll road projects valued at $8 billion to the private sector in an effort to diversify from state concessions, according to Reuters.

Three of the four toll projects offered are located on the island of Java, while the fourth is located in South Sulawesi.

The contracts will carry a concession period of 40 years and cover the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of each project.
