Indiana Public Retirement System commits $75m to Mesa West Capital fund

The $30 billion Indiana Public Retirement System has committed $75 million to Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund IV, according to an INPRS report.

The value-added, closed-end fund is targeting $750 million in equity commitments, with an investment focus on CBD office, hotel, industrial, multifamily and retail.

Total capital raised for the Mesa West fund is $744 million, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.The debt fund held a first close of $390 million in January 2016, with a second close of $513.6 million in February 2016.
