IFC appoints new senior operations officer

Naoll Mary has been named senior operations officer, upstream, at the International Finance Corp. (IFC).

The hire took effect this month, according to Mary’s LinkedIn page.

Mary brings to the role 25 years of water and environment Infrastructure PPP/BOOT development, finance and operation expertise. He also has engineering and consulting expertise in the water sector at large.

Most recently, Mary served as vice president operations at Metito, located in Dubai. Prior to that, he held several positions at Aqualia and was the founder and owner of ARA Diseno. In addition, he gained six years of consulting experience at Safege – Consulting.

IFC has decades of experience financing, structuring and leading complex energy transactions in emerging markets, with more than 50 gigawatts of energy generation financed to date, according to the firm’s website.
