iCapital, a global fintech platform driving the world’s alternative investment marketplace for the wealth and asset management industries, has announced plans to acquire AltExchange, a AI-driven technology firm transforming alternative investment data aggregation, management and reporting for financial advisers and asset managers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
