Humphreys Capital reopens value-add fund to investors

Humphreys Capital, an Oklahoma-based real estate investment company, has reopened its value-add fund, Humphreys Fund I, to accredited investors. The annual offering will remain open until selling out, but no later than June 30.

Launched in 2012, Fund I focuses on investments in the multifamily, industrial, office and retail sectors in high-growth cities across the Southeast and Southwest United States. The investment vehicle has a portfolio of 67 assets with a property value of more than $550 million, as of Sept. 30, 2019.

Humphreys said the investment team will seek opportunities in long-term buy-and-hold real estate in prime locations, established properties offering stabilized cashflow with potential for value-add, and infill development in proven submarkets. The minimum initial investment for the fund is $500,000.
