Howard Hughes Holdings has acquired 10101 Woodloch Forest Drive, a 202,601-square-foot, class A office building in The Woodlands, Texas.
JLL represented the seller, Net Lease Office Properties in the sale.
Completed in 2009, 10101 Woodloch Forest Drive is an eight-story, entirely vacant class A office building. Its location in the heart of The Woodlands allows for access to more than 645 hotel rooms; more than 2 million square feet of retail and dining options at The Woodlands Mall, Market Street and Waterway Square; and proximity to more than 1,100 multifamily units. In addition, the property is close to Interstate 45, providing north/south freeway access to downtown Houston and the Greater Houston area.
