Host Hotels & Resorts to sell $2b portfolio

Host Hotels & Resorts has plans to sell a $2 billion portfolio of noncore hotels, according to Bloomberg.

The potential sale follows the firm’s $1 billion acquisition of three Hyatt-managed hotels and its $219 million buy of the 305-room W Hollywood in Hollywood, Calif.
