Edward Hoganson is resigning as CFO of Hospitality Investors Trust to pursue a different opportunity, media outlets have reported.
Hoganson served as CFO for five years. He was previously an executive vice president of finance and business development for Crestline Hotels and Resorts. Hoganson rejoined Crestline in 2007 from Sunrise Senior Living, where he served as senior vice president of finance and acquisitions. Prior to that, Hoganson served as vice president of acquisitions for Barceló Crestline and then for Highland Hospitality Corp.
