Hopewell Holdings, controlled by billionaire Gordon Wu, has agreed to sell the Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Center in Hong Kong for HK$10 billion ($1.3 billion), reported Mingtiandi.
The buyer is said to be a consortium led by local builder Billion Development & Project Management.
