Sarah Hipp Hauptman, director of real estate at Homrich Berg Wealth Management, has joined the editorial advisory board of Real Assets Adviser, a publication of Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
Before joining Homrich Berg, Hipp Hauptman was a senior vice president at Iron Tree Capital Partners, where she managed a portfolio of industrial properties. Prior to that, she was a vice president in Banner Oak Capital Partners in Dallas, where she oversaw the expansion of investments with new operating partners across all commercial real estate asset classes.
Hipp Hauptman also served as the director of investment management at Compatriot Capital, focusing on originating and managing investments in best-in-class real estate operating companies. Earlier in her career, she worked at E2M Partners, a real estate fund manager that provided JV limited partner equity for single-asset investments.
