Hines sells Berlin office for €265m
Corpus Sireo, on behalf of the pension fund Bayerische Versorgungskammer, has acquired the office and commercial building “Zoom” in Berlin’s City West, according to TD News International.
The seller was Hines.
The sales price was €265 million ($300 million).
The property totals approximately 17,000 square meters (183,000 square feet), divided between 11,400 square meters (123,000 square feet) of retail space and 5,500 square meters (59,000 square feet) of office space.
