Hines has acquired 83 Avenue Marceau, a prime office and mixed-use asset in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, from Colonial SFL. The off-market transaction on behalf of the Hines European Core Fund (HECF) reflects Hines’ continued conviction in high-quality, income-producing assets located in supply constrained gateway markets.
The nearly 10,000-square-meter (107,639-square-foot) property is fully leased to a roster of leading global occupiers, including Goldman Sachs, Sodexo and Caixa, providing a resilient income backed by long-term demand for best-in-class workspace in central Paris.
