A joint venture between Hillwood Urban and USAA Real Estate is starting construction on a 15-story, 365,000-square-foot office project in the 75-acre Victory Park mixed-use development in Dallas. The new building, Victory Commons, sits on 8.5 acres and is located across from the American Airlines Center arena.
A construction loan for the project was secured by HFF and provided by QuadReal, a real estate investment group based in Canada. Victory Commons is slated for completion in the fall of 2021.
The Victory Park development, located on the northwest edge of downtown Dallas, was started two decades ago and now includes more than 3,200 apartments and condos, about 620,000 square feet of office space, 225,000 square feet of retail space, and a 250-room W Hotel.
