Hillwood has plans to develop Alliance Center East 1, a 1.2 million-square-foot speculative industrial project that will be located within the company’s 27,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned community in Fort Worth.
The project will break ground in July 2021 with expected completion in the second quarter 2022.
The building will feature 40-foot clear heights, 190-foot truck court depths, 236 car parking spaces and 271 trailer parking spaces.
“We have seen an unprecedented acceleration in broad demand from customers that are retooling their global logistics networks, including ecommerce operations with next-day and same-day delivery requirements,” said Reid Goetz, senior vice president of Hillwood. “Alliance Center East 1 is offered with the most modern and innovative building design in order to meet those requirements, along with a location directly on one of the most critical interstate freight corridors in the country,” Goetz said.
