Henley Investment Management and Chartway Partnerships Group have plans to deliver 162 homes in Alkerden Village, Whitecliffe, Ebbsfleet, in England, including a mix of private for-sale, affordable and purpose-built rental properties.
The 7.5-acre parcel has outline planning permission, with Chartway to take the scheme through planning for detailed consent before construction gets underway. The scheme is anticipated to have a gross development value of approximately £80 million (€90 million/$98 million) and target final completion is in 2027.
