Hengli Investments in talks to buy two Hong Kong Towers for $1.2b

Swire Properties is in talks to sell its stakes in two Hong Kong towers to Hengli Investments Holding Group for more than HK$14 billion ($1.78 billion), according to Bloomberg.

Cityplaza Three is a 21-story building with a gross floor area of around 448,000 square feet. Tenants include FWD Group, Sun Life Assurance, Sony Pictures, Thomson Reuters, and WeWork. Located adjacent, Cityplaza Four has a gross floor area of approximately 556,000 square feet, spanning up 21 stories. Tenants include Adidas, American Express, Deloitte and Wells Fargo Bank.
