Henderson Park agrees to sell prime Dublin office asset to KanAm Grund Group

Henderson Park, the European real estate investment platform, has sold 30-33 Molesworth Street, in Dublin city center, to German real estate fund manager, KanAm Grund Real Estate Asset Management GmbH & Co.

30-33 Molesworth Street comprises 5,300 square meters (56,921 square feet) in two redeveloped and refurbished buildings along with two Georgian buildings, strategically located in the heart of Dublin’s traditional CBD. 30-33 Molesworth Street is home to Maples Group and Savills, along with a number of other Irish and International companies. Number 32 achieved LEED Gold accreditation for its sustainable design when it was completed and let to Maples Group in 2018.
