Heitman holds €267m final close for European residential fund

Heitman has held a €267 million ($285.47 million) final close for Heitman European Residential Investment Partners, exceeding its €250 million fundraising target. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Heitman European Residential Investment Partners, which launched in February 2016, is a commingled fund with the strategy of aggregating and managing a portfolio of for-rent residential properties in Western Europe. The fund will focus on assembling a portfolio of small to medium-sized rented residential properties and larger single assets across Western Europe for core/core-plus investors.
